Your New Role:

Their main goal is to provide operational and technical support to the broader regional Content Management teams with a focus on reporting automation, process automation, data integration and workflow visibility. This position supports more efficient, sustainable and accurate content management activities and deliverables across Global Initiatives, longform servicing and ancillary servicing. 
 
This team will support the implementation and monitoring of regional GCO CoE SLAs, continuous system and process improvement initiatives, content customization readiness, reporting, issue triage and new regional business requirements. The role will also drive consistent dashboards, KPI definitions, SOPs, process governance and intake tracking to improve prioritization, decision-making and SLA adherence. 
 
They will achieve this by automating and validating reports, integrating multiple data sources, designing Power BI dashboards, applying ETL and data cleaning logic, and using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI and Office 365 Copilot to reduce manual workloads and improve data quality.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • 30% - Leads reporting automation and reduction of manual processes using Power Automate, Power BI and Office 365 Copilot tools. Defines scalable reporting routines and promotes automation to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and support decision-making for the regional Content Management team.

  • 20% - Leads data integration and modeling activities, including ETL, data cleaning and SQL/BI logic, to consolidate multiple sources and improve data quality across dashboards, trackers and operational reports.

  • 20% - Collaborates with LATAM GCM managers and stakeholders to design, implement and review KPIs, performance insights and Power BI dashboards that support SLA monitoring, prioritization and operational decision-making.

  • 15% - Owns documentation, process governance, SOPs and KPI dictionaries to ensure consistent ways of working, clear definitions and sustainable adoption of automation and reporting improvements.

  • 15% - Manages ticketing, workflow visibility, intake tracking, prioritization and SLA adherence for non-BAU needs and Global Initiatives, ensuring requests are visible, actionable and aligned with Content Management priorities.

The Essentials:

  • Experience managing at least 1 person for at least 6 months 

  • Great analytical skills and strong problem-solving orientation 

  • Experience in managing data in Airtable and Smartsheet 

  • Experience with reporting automation and process automation tools, including Power Automate, Power BI and Office 365 Copilot or similar tools 

  • Experience with data integration and modeling, including ETL, data cleaning, SQL/BI logic or equivalent analytical workflows 

  • Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, performance insights and governance documentation such as SOPs or KPI dictionaries 

  • Relevant Degree 

  • Ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way 

  • Bilingual in English and primary [region] language 

  • Technical knowledge of media workflows and content management workflows 

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of content production and media formats 

  • Experience with ticketing, workflow visibility, intake tracking, prioritization and SLA adherence
