Your new role

Work closely the Insights team supporting in the development of multiplatform performance materials for our internal or external partners, including competitor analysis and market trends. 

The intern will assist with various operational tasks such as, but not limited to: update reports and dashboards, prepare newsletters to support areas. Additionally, will be involved in the analysis processes, assisting with data extraction, as well as executing audience presentations.

Your role accountabilities:

• Support with: develop newsletters about our brands (audience, event performances or materials) that are important to share with our partners;

• Keeping our reports updated such as Multiplatform overview, Media Kit;

• Develop performance reports for WBD brands to assist Distribution or Partnership departments in getting in touch with main partn;ers like Claro, Sky, Vivo, Nubank, Meli;

• Track social media profiles and content.

• Support AdSales in defenses: Assist in the execution of projects and follow up on the needs and requests of clients

• Support the Insights team developing questionnaires and programming them in the system, managing the field and project delivery deadlines

• Dashboard updates for countries which are key tools to support our partners

• Update of behavior target analysis for mapping channel competitors

• Update of reports on sports championship goals such as UCL.

• Support by fulfilling daily performance requests.

Qualification & Experience:

• Current enrolled in at a bachelor´s degree program in Business Administration,  Marketing, Economics or related areas with a graduation conferral date between December 2027 – July 2028

• Be focused and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Good PowerPoint skills

• Advanced in Spanish or English

• Organized and proactive approach

• Focus and strong analytical skills

Other Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with research tools and methodologies

• Able to stablish good relationship internally and externally

• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Additional Skills: Tableau, SQL, Power BI, VBA, Access.
