Project Manager (World of Warships: Legends, Console)

Job Overview

World of Warships Web team in Belgrade is looking for a Project Manager, out of the box thinker who is able to bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table. As a member of the World of Warships team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.
World of Warships game is a free-to-play naval action MMO that puts players in command of some of the most iconic ships in history. From agile destroyers to mighty battleships, players can choose from a variety of classes and nations as they battle it out on the high seas.

What will you do?

• Form a feature scope for the project roadmap;

• Manage the project backlog;

• Responsible for the allocation of resources for the project and control over the estimations of development;

• Analyze possible production risks;

• Manage the project team effectively, and optimize teamwork;

• Implement, configure and develop project processes;

• Establish communication among teams;

• Keep the project knowledge base up to date.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in web-development projects;

• Experience in working with several projects in parallel;

• Successful experience in releasing the project;

• Experience in working with several teams, also distributed ones;

• Experience in working with teams in a matrix structure;

• Good level of Russian language;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English;

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in gamedev;

• Project/ Product Management Certifications.
