About the team:
The Fulfillment Automation Software team develops and scales advanced automation solutions across Walmart’s fulfillment network. They integrate third-party automation software with in-house Warehouse Management and Control Systems to ensure seamless, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Focused on innovation and continuous improvement, the team applies data-driven decision making and agile methodologies to enhance product strategy and lifecycle management. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they deliver impactful solutions that optimize fulfillment processes and support Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
- Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and advanced analytics to evaluate product performance and inform iterative improvements.
- Mentor and guide product management team members to enhance discovery rigor and customer focus.
- Champion adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to accelerate product value.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strong strategic and technical orientation.
- Proven ability to define product vision and strategy through competitive analysis and market opportunity identification.
- Expertise in project and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams and drive product delivery.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation techniques.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
