As the Director of Data Science, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and data strategies that drive business value across multiple domains. You will oversee model validation, data quality, and team mentorship while collaborating cross-functionally to align data initiatives with organizational goals. What you'll do:

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Oversee model design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and analytical frameworks.
• Guide teams in feature engineering, machine learning algorithm selection, and exploratory data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data insights into decision-making and operational processes.
• Ensure data quality, source identification, and appropriate visualization to support stakeholder understanding.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering technical expertise and adherence to best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data governance principles to drive business value.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous learning and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 8 years' experience in an analytics or related field
