About Walmart Supply Chain: End-to-End (E2E) Delivery

Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store to the comfort of their homes. As an OnDemand Delivery Analyst intern, you’ll get immersed in a segment that is focused on our Shopping & Delivery  experience, last mile delivery capabilities, and customer service.  

About Our Program: 

Each summer, we select the best and brightest to look under the hood of the world’s largest retailer at our Walmart across multiple locations. During the 11-week program, our interns work directly with teams who are changing the way the world shops. This is the beginning of what could be an exciting career with Walmart!

Roles and Responsibilities:  

Your summer internship and accompanying project will allow you to put into practice the skills and education you’ve gained through school, work, and personal experience. While your project will be a primary focus of your summer internship, you’ll be encouraged also to develop relationships with the experts around you and learn from them! You will be placed on a team and treated like any other associate, participating in activities, meetings, and projects. In many ways, your job this summer will be to ask loads of questions, be curious, and soak up as much as you can about Walmart OnDemand Delivery, our Last Mile Delivery segment, and our End-2-End Supply Chain delivering world-class service to millions of customers each day! 

Examples of Analyst Intern Projects include: 

•  Last Mile Delivery Market and Competitor Analysis 

•  Evaluate launch of new delivery service opportunity  

•  Identify growing and evolving needs of Walmart’s digital consumers 

•  Recommend ways to improve gig-driver satisfaction and loyalty.

Desired Majors: Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Operations, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, and other relevant majors  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program currently 

• Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026
