Continuously monitor and identify opportunities to improve the employee and manager self-service experience to drive high adoption rates.
  • Define and monitor process health metrics using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) to identify bottlenecks and areas for automation. Work with the HR and IT team to identify reporting and analytics requirements that drive business value. Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to provide insights and actionable recommendations to support informed decisions.

Stakeholder Leadership & User Community Engagement:

  • Act as the business lead for configuration changes, ensuring localized requirements do not compromise the global template.
  • Partner with Change Management to translate functionality releases and patches into "Business Value" language and impact for end-users. Champion the continuous evolution of the HCM suite by evaluating new features and leading the change effort to integrate high-value functionality into the business.
