Mobile-Web QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

As a Mobile-Web Manual QA Engineer at Vonage you will technically drive the product roadmap, and be responsible for guiding a team of highly talented software engineers and will have end-to-end ownership of the product from an engineering perspective. Your job would be to empower and drive the team to deliver a quality cloud product that is scalable, highly available and is flexible enough to grow and change along with the ever changing demands of the business.

What you will do:

• Define test plans and execute test cases for new features to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct thorough manual testing of Native iOS and Android mobile and Web applications across various devices and platforms.
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and functionalities.
• Own, revise and run regressions often on all mobile platforms.
• Work closely with product managers, developers and designers to better understand the product.
• Identify, investigate and reproduce issues that were raised from tests and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Developing and unit testing new features
• Supporting release and implementation of developed features
• Adhering to coding standards development processes

Skills Required:

• Manual QA testing across different mobile platforms and web applications for mac and windows.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in CS or related field/experience with 5+ years of development experience, preference will be given to graduates from leading universities
