About _VOIS India

Key Accountabilities

  • Fixing Linux Hardware and OS issues/problems.
  • Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
  • Knowledge in Linux administration and Troubleshooting
  • Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis. Perform necessary Linux infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required.
  • Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution.
  • Required to work as on-call support to provide 24x7 support"
