Job description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for technical projects involving Microservices, Containerization, AWS, and JAVA 17.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•    Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
•    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
•    Ensure the effective use of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to enhance scalability and deployment efficiency.
•    Good knowledge on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
•    Coordinate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, particularly with JAVA 17.
•    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
•    Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
•    Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on Microservices, Containerization, AWS, and JAVA 17.
•    Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
•    Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
•    In-depth knowledge of JAVA 17 and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
•    Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•     Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
