Fixed Network Quality Intern

What you’ll do

We are looking for intern for Fixed Network Quality department

This role is responsible for;
•    Improving service quality & functional capability across Technology
•    Defining the quality standards of fixed services and processes by means of KPIs and SLAs in order to meet the customer satisfaction 
•    Preparing and tracking performance and quality dashboards of each service & process 
•    Performing deep dive analysis, highlighting the rootcauses and contact with related  teams to be taken actions
•    Build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight, allow for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and customer activity
•    Following up quality related improvement actions and issues until they are fully completed and solved
•    Assisting in implementing industry best practices 
•    Conducting cross functional companywide project / programs

Who you are

•    A final year student in Electronics & Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related engineering departments, 
•    Eager to learn about fixed products and services, customer experience and work with various departments
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
