What you’ll do

• Follow up the DWH environment daily ETL window and trace the performance issues and take necessary actions
• Analyse the ETL errors and take necessary action for resolution
• Resolve Service Requests with “Problem” Category
• Analyse and prepare data quality control jobs for both DWH and source systems
• Analyse design and accomplish operational work requests
• Handover and give acceptance to deployment activities 
• Communicating with internal customers and ability to process Ad-hoc report requests
• Responsible for ensuring incident and problem fixes of Datawarehouse by Incident handling and provides on call support when necessary
• Provides support to end users in using data warehousing tools, formulating queries, and understanding the data contained in the data warehouse.
• Close Maximo alarms within SLA
• Provide operational requirements for projects impacting DWH domain
•Support job related to Big Data systems such as Airflow,Aws and Kafka.
•Provide administrative support for the SPSS application in the Credit Risk domain.
 

Who you are

•BS degree or higher in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or another quantitative field)
•At least 3 years experience in Datawarehouse Operations
•Minimum 1 year experience in designing, building and managing applications to process large amounts of data in a (Cloudera) Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Hive/Impala, HBase, Yarn, Oozie)
•Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (Apache Airflow, etc.) is a plus
•Experience in UC4 ETL tool and their administration is plus
•PL/SQL and ODI knowledge is required
•Knowledge on Unix, Shell Scripting is plus
•Analytical Skills & Good Communications
•Comfort working with business analysts, development team 
•Ability to meet challenging deadlines.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
•Experience in Oracle database would be an advantage
•Experience in data implementation and management of data quality components
•Good command of English
