We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our growing Analytics team. In this role, you will focus on identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes through advanced analytical techniques, working closely with stakeholders from local markets and group functions to understand their requirements and deliver high-impact solutions. You will build and deploy data science models that drive measurable value—such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or enhanced customer and employee engagement—while adhering to best practices and high-quality standards. Additionally, you will develop automation solutions to support digital transformation efforts, maintain data sources and models, and contribute to the creation of reusable data science products that can be scaled across the organization.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Product Managers, delivery teams, and Product Design Leads to embed analytics into dashboards and applications, making insights more actionable and relevant. You’ll employ innovative analytical techniques, keep up to date with emerging trends, and actively challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analytics, strong programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.), familiarity with data visualization tools, and a passion for problem-solving through data-driven solutions. What you bring: 

• Proven data analytics experience (data science, data analysis, data management) .
• Understanding of analytical techniques and competencies (e.g. Machine Learning / statistical modelling).
• Having hands on experience with: 

            1.  Programming languages like Python.
            2.  Standard Data Science stack like Pandas, numPy, sci-kit learn, etc.
            3.  Data handling: SQL/BigQuery.

• Advanced English level.
