What you’ll be doing
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Digital marketing experience with MarTech platform implementations (Adobe/SFDC), including solution design and implementation, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong database expertise in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
- Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
- Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, along with proficiency in HTML/CSS.
- Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM (Experience Data Model), and align them with marketing campaign objectives.
- Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process and solution improvements and advocate best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent implementation coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
