Web development and cross-functional collaboration

This Copenhagen-based role is part of a cross-functional team responsible for our web commerce offering. As part of this team, you will be responsible for exploring, prioritizing, designing, building, testing, and operating all features with your team. We work with enabled, engaged, and empowered teams with autonomy over their domain.

Besides writing code to support the company's business goals, as part of the web chapter, you are also expected to participate in code reviews, squashing bugs, and solving operational issues in the web stack. As developer and owner of your work, you are expected to support your team during planning and decision-making. We work as a team and solve problems in collaboration.

Our platforms are organized in chapters, and the web development team has full authority over its objectives and goals. Together, you decide on the technological direction and vision. You own your development process and promote continuous improvement. We encourage exploration and learning.

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, React, CSS
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals and experience with ES6
• Understanding of Typescript, Material UI, and Webpack
• High focus on unit and integration testing
