Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at Creditro, you will play a central role in shaping and evolving the technical backbone of our Anti–Money Laundering (AML) platform. Our mission is to make compliance simpler, smarter, and more reliable for our customers, and this role is critical to achieving that goal.

You will work across both backend and frontend layers, contributing to everything from core APIs and data models to intuitive, user-facing experiences. You will take full ownership of features throughout their lifecycle — from initial design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and long-term maintenance. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working in regulated environments, and building systems that must be both scalable and trustworthy.

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Developer at Creditro, your responsibilities will include:

● Designing, developing, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability

● Building and maintaining frontend functionality that is fast, intuitive, and secure, ensuring a high-quality user experience across the platform

● Defining, evolving, and maintaining API contracts, data models, and core system architecture to support scalable growth

● Implementing and maintaining integrations with third-party data providers, ensuring reliability, resilience, and clear error handling

● Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, and actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions

● Contributing to observability, logging, and monitoring, ensuring systems are transparent, auditable, and production-ready

● Designing solutions with uptime, security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance as first-class concerns

● Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineering team members to turn requirements into robust technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required Competencies and Experience:

● Strong understanding of full-stack system design, including API architecture and data flow

● Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB in production environments

● Experience building and maintaining frontend applications alongside backend services

● Ability to think holistically about systems, data, security, and user experience

● Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

● Familiarity with working in regulated domains, such as AML/KYC, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
