About the role:

As the Senior Director of Change Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant change across Visa's Money Movement Business. This involves the integration of three diverse money movement platforms and accelerating the execution of strategic initiatives. Your leadership will help the organization to achieve revenue goals faster and innovate within the money movement market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of three distinct money movement platforms, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing business efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for accelerating the execution of strategic initiatives, focusing on generating revenue quickly and efficiently.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging novel ideas and approaches in the money movement opportunity.
• Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of large scale change programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying risks, issues and developing mitigation plans.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, incorporating relevant changes into strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management or related roles, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading large scale change programs and initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving goals.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
