Product Manager, Data Infrastructure (Experimentation)

Join the Experimentation team at Vinted. We build critical internal products that enable decision-making across the organisation. From Vinted Go to Vinted Pay, to Marketplace, to Strategy or Executive team - our tools are used everywhere. They support every function, including Product, Data, Design, and Engineering - enabling product experimentation, scaling features, and generating insights. Every level and function at Vinted relies on the tools developed by our team.

Your job as a Product manager, will be to co-create with us in making experimentation, feature flagging, metric standardisation and analysis automation tooling better. Experimentation is essential because it empowers us to rapidly test, learn, and iterate on product features using real user data, driving innovation and growth - making the role of Product Manager on our experimentation team both impactful and exciting. In this position, you’ll 

• Own the Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics (EPDA) and Leadership personas by talking with teams to understand their pain points with feature flags and experimentation. Your goal is to make their work seamless and intuitive when using the experimentation platform.
• Co-create with the engineering and data science team to prioritize and ship a roadmap that delivers tangible value, aligning with our vision for experimentation at scale.
• Own and manage the team’s backlog and roadmap, making trade-offs to prioritize impactful low-effort/high-value solutions. Define and measure success effectively.
• Establish and maintain a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvements that meet our customers needs.

About you 

• Experience as a product manager or equivalent in dynamic, high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Skilled in conducting discovery and research to uncover valuable insights.
• Track record of partnering with engineering, and analytics teams in technically rigorous environments.
• Strong product instinct with the ability to balance data and anecdotal evidence to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal two-sided communication, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

The salary range for this position is € 3,983 - € 5,725 gross per month.
