Job Description

We are looking for a talented and polite Generative AI Developer to join our team who will come with the mindset of fulfilling a developer position only and be able to work in a team environment. As a Generative AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge Gen AI solutions, leveraging the power of Agentic mechanism, prompt engineering, RAG (traditional & Graph DB) and fine tuning large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Llama 3, 3.1 etc. Your primary focus will be on backend development using Django & Flask (both must skills) frameworks to create robust and scalable applications. He/ She should be able to discuss backed feature design with the Lead Scientist/ Project Lead and come up with the best solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Modelling & Fine-Tuning
• Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to generate high-quality text, code, and other creative content.
• Using prompt engineering, few-shot learning, Agentic mechanism, RAG, Graphical RAG and other best approaches for achieving the solution.
• Have extensive experience with Vector DB, similarity searching and embeddings model. Should be able to handle the context length challenge in embedding generation and saving.
• Knows avatar generation from scratch and adding lip sync and gesture using open source pre trained models
• Knows ASR and able to implement this in a full 2-way LLM based chat/ communication system.
• Backend Development
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Flask or Django to integrate AI models into applications.
• Optimize API performance and scalability to handle high traffic loads along with the standard rendering time implementation.
• Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate measures.
• AI Integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Leverage cloud-based AI platforms like Azure Cognitive Services or AWS Sagemaker, bedrock, Lambda and other related AI services to accelerate development and deployment.
• Model Deployment and Monitoring
• Deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Knowledge of MLOps & LLMOps (Optional but should have knowledge about it)
• Monitor model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Retrain and redeploy models as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Research and Innovation
• Should be updated with current advancements in LLM space and be able to create POC in a day or two based on lead’s guidance.
• Explore new techniques and tools to improve the capabilities of our AI systems.
• Contribute to research projects and publications in the field of AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, 4o, Llama 3, 3.1.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, summarization, and translation.
• Proficiency in backend development using Flask or Django frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps and DevOps practices.
• A passion for AI and a desire to push the boundaries of innovation.
