Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, responsive, and visually engaging frontend interfaces based on Figma designs
- Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible web pages
- Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture
- Ensure strong implementation of typography, spacing, layouts, animations, and overall design consistency
- Work extensively with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries
- Implement and manage CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar
- Optimize websites/web applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve design feasibility and user experience
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic functionalities
- Troubleshoot frontend issues and ensure smooth deployment of features
- Maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers when required
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve frontend performance and user experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proven experience converting Figma designs into responsive web interfaces
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, design systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.
- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Git/version control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Other Skills (good to have)
- Experience with WordPress development/customization
- Exposure to Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of PHP or backend technologies
- Experience with animations libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO implementation
- Knowledge of deployment environments and hosting platforms
