Role Summary & Key Objectives
We are looking for a talented Software Developer (WordPress + HTML) with 1–3 years of experience in building and maintaining websites, web applications, and custom solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise in WordPress development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of delivering high-quality code that aligns with design and functional requirements.
Key Objectives:
Build and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites using WordPress and front-end technologies.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure code quality, performance, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
Core Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and applications.
Create and implement responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
Customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins as per client requirements.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for consistent user experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and plugin-related issues.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
Must-Have Skills (Technical & Soft)
Technical:
Strong knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, hooks, shortcodes).
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap.
Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL for WordPress customization.
Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
