About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Test website pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys before and after deployment.
• Validate mobile responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Identify, document, and report UI/UX and functionality issues.
• Verify form submissions, CRM integrations, email notifications, and conversion tracking.
• Perform SEO QA checks including metadata, internal links, redirects, and broken links.
• Review content updates for formatting, consistency, and accuracy.
• Validate Google Analytics, GTM events, and lead tracking implementation.
• Maintain QA reports and coordinate issue resolution with content, SEO, design, and development teams.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Website QA, Software Testing, or Digital QA.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience testing websites on desktop and mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Ability to create clear bug reports and test documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BrowserStack, Screaming Frog, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Understanding of CRO and lead generation funnels.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
