About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative concepts for websites, landing pages, branding, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative strategies and visual directions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive web layouts.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, colour schemes, and overall design quality across projects.
• Collaborate with developers, content teams, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver design solutions.
• Review and refine design outputs to ensure quality, usability, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows.
• Present creative concepts and design recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, web design, UI/UX, or digital creative design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, social media creatives, and branding assets.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and developer handoff.
• Ability to translate business requirements and creative briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design quality, and project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital agency or creative agency environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, SEO-friendly design principles, and digital marketing requirements.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and practical development constraints.
• Experience managing client expectations, creative reviews, and design feedback.
• Ability to balance creative innovation with business objectives and delivery timelines.
