Title: ManageIQ Senior Software Developer
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years with ManageIQ.
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ManageIQ Software Developer to design, deconstruct, and develop innovative solutions for integrating ManageIQ with CloudFX tools. These solutions aim to enhance the automation and delivery of cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ManageIQ's framework, strong experience in cloud automation, and the ability to create seamless API integrations in multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc) to the CloudFX tools (Cloud Management Platform) to optimize service delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Deconstruct existing ManageIQ capabilities to evaluate customization opportunities.
  • Design and develop software solutions that integrate ManageIQ with CloudFX tools.
  • Build extensions and plug-ins to expand ManageIQ's core functionality to support cloud automation workflows.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and connectors to enable real-time data exchange between ManageIQ and CloudFX solutions.
  • Ensure the seamless functioning of integrated tools to support multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc).
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (ManageIQ core framework).
  • Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Expertise in integrating third-party tools and platforms with ManageIQ.
  • Proficiency with CloudFX tools and understanding of automated cloud service delivery.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Ansible, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
