Role Overview
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher with strong financial market modeling
experience to support the design of an AI-driven market intelligence platform focused on
liquidity behavior, market structure detection, and institutional activity analysis.
The role will focus on translating discretionary trading concepts into a formalized, testable
quantitative model architecture before the engineering implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities
 Translate discretionary market concepts into formal quantitative models
 Design a Model Design Document (MDD) outlining the architecture of analytical engines
 Define feature engineering frameworks for financial market datasets
 Develop validation methodologies including walk-forward and out-of-sample testing
 Design models related to market structure detection, liquidity behavior analysis,
institutional accumulation/distribution patterns, and multi-timeframe structural
alignment
 Define research-to-engineering handoff documentation
 Work closely with engineering teams to ensure model logic is reproducible and testable

Required Skills
 Strong experience in quantitative finance / financial market modeling
 Experience with time-series financial data analysis
 Experience building or researching market microstructure or liquidity models
 Familiarity with financial ML validation techniques
 Understanding of regime shifts and structural breaks in financial markets
 Experience with Python, statistical modeling, and feature engineering for time-series
data.

Preferred Experience
 Experience building market intelligence systems
 Experience translating discretionary trading logic into algorithmic models
 Knowledge of walk-forward validation, out-of-sample testing, and overfitting
prevention techniques
 Knowledge of market microstructure behavior
