- Develop and maintain web applications and services using Solid, Semantic Web, and RDF technologies.
- Develop open standards for data that enable data to be clearly defined and shared.
- Build and improve Solid-based applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with community standards.
- Design, implement, and optimize full-stack solutions involving Node.js backend and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine project requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Proactively use Generative AI tools and workflows to accelerate software development and enhance productivity.
- Participate in open-source community activities, including code reviews, documentation, educational material development, and community engagement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of Solid specifications and standards.
- Semantic Web Expertise: Deep fluency in Linked Data (RDF, JSON-LD, Turtle) and querying via SPARQL or Comunica.
- Modern JavaScript Stack: Expert-level Node.js and TypeScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Data Validation: Experience using SHACL or ShEx to ensure data quality and schema compliance across decentralized nodes.
- API Design: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, with a specific focus on how they interface with decentralized storage.
