• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and related technologies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline build and deployment processes.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to improve reliability and performance.

• Experience Range: 3 – 12 years (varies by role level)
• Strong background in Linux systems administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Hands-on experience in DevOps with Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency with Docker for container management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or similar.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Good understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP (On-prem experience also suitable for SE/SSE levels).
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Proficient in Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
