Role Overview
We are hiring for a GenAI Video Engineer role focused on transforming real videos into high-quality AI-generated videos using open-source, commercially licensable components. The role emphasizes stable subject identity, motion consistency, and visual coherence across AI-generated video outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate AI versions of short-form videos (approx. 15 seconds) with stable subjects and consistent motion.
- Ensure minimal identity drift, flicker, and artifacts across generated video frames.
- Match source video motion, camera movement, lighting, and color consistency.
- Design, run, and explain AI video generation pipelines using node-based tools or scripts.
- Select appropriate AI models, checkpoints, and conditioning techniques for optimal output quality.
- Apply post-processing techniques such as stabilization, interpolation, upscaling, and color matching when required.
- Document workflows, tooling choices, limitations, and improvement areas clearly.

- Stable Diffusion / SDXL
- ControlNet or similar conditioning frameworks
- ComfyUI or other node-based AI workflow tools
- Open-source AI models and checkpoints
- GPU-based AI compute environments
- Video processing and post-production tools
Deliverables
- AI-generated output videos (one per input clip).
- A technical write-up explaining approach, model choices, outcomes, and future improvements.
