Machine Learning Engineer

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists to address complex business challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML services for high-throughput production workloads.
• Learn and implement MLOps best practices to support robust model lifecycle pipelines.
• Assist in integrating emerging Generative AI techniques into production-grade systems.
• Write high-quality, production-ready, and scalable code.
• Actively participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve the quality and performance of ML solutions.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineering or similar role.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming with at least one of the following languages: Go or Python.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Eagerness to learn and implement MLOps best practices, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and solve technical challenges.

GREAT TO HAVE

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience in the Ad Tech industry or digital advertising systems.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray, or Dask).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in machine learning systems.
