Job Summary: As a Client Facing Technology Intern, you will define integration and reporting requirements, work with systems and data to transform, integrate, and report on mobility information, and provide technology solutions that streamline processes. Your contributions will ensure Vialto delivers comprehensive reporting and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical integration requirements and reporting needs.

  • Participation in client meetings, including preparation of materials and follow up actionsDesign and implement tailored technical solutions to integrate client systems with Vialto platforms.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for accurate data flow.

  • Create and customize reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to clients.

  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integrations.

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data blending tools (e.g., Alteryx).

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to meeting client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling client requests and managing data.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Collaboration: Skills in working well within teams and contributing to group efforts.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new tools and adapt to changing client requirements.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights that can improve client service processes.

  • Basic Project Management: Understanding of project management principles to assist with task coordination and follow-up.

Preferred Education:

  • Degree or pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.

  • Compensation Range: $23.56 - $33.00/hour (Based on education, geographic location, and market data)
