Now, we're looking for a passionate Technical Artist to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role, where you will be working 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the art, development, and product teams to create optimized, high-quality visual assets and tools.
- Implement weapons, characters, UI, and various other assets into the game.
- Develop editor tools to automate and streamline workflows.
- Design and optimize visually stunning VFX for our titles.
- Animate and enhance in-game elements with engaging effects and polish.
- Establish and promote technical best practices across the team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging visual and performance issues for mobile platforms.
- Create and thoroughly test new tools before deploying them into production.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C# for both editor and runtime development in Unity 3D.
- Ability to develop custom tools and scripts to improve workflows (Python, MEL, or other scripting languages is a plus).
- Experience with HLSL (Shader Graph and other shader editors are also welcome).
- Knowledge of 3D mobile game performance optimization techniques to ensure the best player experience.
- Knowledge of VFX pipelines and experience with particle systems, fluid simulations, or procedural effects.
- Experience with Substance Designer or Adobe Photoshop for creating custom VFX textures.
- Familiarity with industry-standard 3D software packages.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team.
