Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise and compliant license allocation by meticulously verifying customer records from different databases , aligning product requirements across diverse licensing scenarios.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of thousands of records over several weeks, employing a high standard of diligence to identify and resolve data discrepancies, thereby maintaining the integrity of the licensing system.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Finance teams, providing timely insights to address misallocated or unclaimed licenses, enhancing system efficiency and data accuracy.
- Develop detailed, insight-driven audit reports, highlighting trends and improvement recommendations to advance licensing data precision and compliance.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree from 4 year university
- Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Process and operational thinking: you can tackle a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that's easy to understand for all audiences. Previous salesforce experience is a plus.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into data

Pay Disclosure
