What you’ll be doing...

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) group is seeking a Tech Strategist to join its Tech consulting team. As an Emerging Tech Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's technology landscape. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies that will drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance our competitive advantage. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive emerging technology strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.

• Overseeing and directing the adoption and implementation of technologies for a company

• Establishing goals and objectives in alignment with organizational structure

• Managing internal contractors, suppliers and direct reports

• Ensuring that technological resources meet company short- and long-term needs

• Determining what technologies a company should purchase

• Helping departments effectively use technologies by cutting costs, boosting productivity and improving efficiency

• Ensuring the proper use of new and existing technologies

• Analyzing data collected from technologies

• Digitizing business operations

• Managing technology budgets and timeframes for delivery

• Communicating the technology strategy to partners and investors

• Monitoring and analyzing emerging technology trends and identify promising opportunities for adoption

• Evaluating the potential impact of emerging technologies on the organization's business strategy

• Developing and implement a comprehensive emerging technology strategy

• Ensuring all technology practices comply with local, state and federal regulations

• Partnering with other decision makers to determine if the adoption of new technologies are within budget

• Acting as a liaison with outside service providers

• Keeping up with new technologies by attending conferences, talking to neighbors, reviewing information online and reading articles.

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Experience in a technology strategy or related role .

• Proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies

• Strong understanding of business strategy and how technology can be used to achieve business goals

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Passion for emerging technology and its potential to transform industries

• Knowledge of Tensorflow.js, OpenCV, Computer Vision technologies, Python, latest Java Frameworks, latest Javascript Frameworks, Database knowledge, AR,VR, MR, Unity, Unreal and hands on experience on AI/ML applications & enterprise grade projects is a must to have

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Exposure to Blockchain and other emerging technologies

• Experience on Mobile development Android, IOS

• Experience on Mixed reality experience creation using AR,VR, MR, Unity, Unreal
