What you’ll be doing...

This leadership position is a multi- faceted Sr Director of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics responsible for the management of Supply Chain Business System Analysts, Master Data Management, and Business Intelligence Analysts. The Sr Director will be critical in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning. Leveraging expertise in supply chain planning and analytics, the Sr Director will enhance performance, streamline processes, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

The Sr Director will lead a team of technical project managers, quality testers and production support professionals responsible for maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.

Key responsibilities include: 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Contribute to the creation and execution of the supply chain planning ecosystem roadmap.

• Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as cost reduction, process optimization, and risk management.

• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain and Technology groups

• Lead  the design and/ or enhancement of Supply Chain systems and evaluate performance. 

• ​​Identify and address operational, financial and technological risks within the supply chain . 

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

Business Intelligence and Analytics:

•  Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting systems, including defining the necessary data infrastructure for effective supply chain operations.

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving supply chain performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Work with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports for effective monitoring and decision-making.

Business System Delivery:

• Manage the implementation, integration, and enhancement of supply chain systems and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that support supply planning, execution, optimization, and risk management.

• Lead efforts to enhance data accuracy and governance processes.

• Travel time for this position will be up to 25%.

What we’re looking for...

•  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering advanced planning and optimization solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Telecommunication supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.

• Proficiency in SAP and Planning systems. .

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to a successful outcome regardless of reporting structure and organizational level

• Proven track record of driving change, managing complex projects, and achieving results.

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
