What you’ll be doing...

Develop and execute the technology product roadmap for the wireless device supply chain within the Corporate Systems Group (CSG), ensuring alignment with business strategies and transformation initiatives. Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex ERP programs in SAP, including Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, Material Management, Finance, and Master Data. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development managers to define and implement solutions that support ERP activities for supply chain operations. Take a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domains for U.S. business entities to design and build solutions in SAP Retail that meet organizational standards. Ensure SAP architecture and configurations adhere to best practices and compliance requirements while integrating with cloud applications to support corporate roadmaps for customer, employee, and enterprise product domains. Partner closely with leadership and peers across Global Technology Services (GTS) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) organizations to drive strategic initiatives. Lead medium and large SAP projects, delivering approved milestones on time and within budget. Design end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges, applying Human-Centric Design principles to maximize adoption and usability. Develop technology roadmaps that enable cutting-edge experiences, revenue growth, and cost optimization through strategic transformation programs.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or as a SAP functional Consultant, Senior Engineer Consultant, IT Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years with the following:

• SAP Retail Functional architect or SAP Retail Functional consultant;

• SAP processes and customization;

• SAP ECC;

• ABAP;

• SQL; and

• SAP Workflow/Release Strategy, SAP IDOC, SAP LSMW, Fiori/UI5, and SQL Connectors.

Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

RATE OF PAY: $154,875- $231,000 /year

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
