Job Description

Experience:8-12 Years

Technical skills:

• Environments capacity analysis 

• Technical : Linux, Unix, Windows, SQL Server, AIX, Shell Unix, WAS, MS Windows 2003

• Database: Knowledge in oracle, Sybase & SQL Server

• Scheduler: Autosys, NSM & TNG

• Nice to have : Development: Perl, Shell, Java, SQL

Main activities:

• Team management

• Assist in Installation and go live of application components

• Change management

• Create or upgrade environments

• Environment administration 

• Scheduling under TNG, Autosys etc

• Production monitoring (incidents resolution management of problems) and contribution to optimization

• Management of requests and tickets of incidents

• Work with SDM to resolve incidents 

• Contribute to generate KPIs

• Participate to DR tests, analyze and generate DR reports 

• On call activities for production incidents resolution

• ITIL methodology for production procedures

• Optimization and monitoring of servers performances

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: B.E / B. tech or equivalent
