Company Description
One of my favorite client is hiring for a Senior or Mid Software Developer in Bethesda, MD. This person must be a citizen of the United States and possess a Secret Clearance. The application development is for a very interesting client and they are looking to bring this person on full time - immediately.
Software Developer
Location: Bethesda, MD
Compensation: MAX 120,000 DOE
Status: Full-time permanent
Specific job responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, test, and implement applications.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain application environments.
• Research requirements.
• Provide operations and inquiry support.
Applicant must be a citizen of the United States and possess a Secret Clearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates with Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred.
• 4-10 years’ experience with application development
• Experience in Linux
• C++, Java, and/or Python experience
• Above average background in math and/or physics
• Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
• Numerical modeling/simulation, real-time programming, and multiprocessor programming experience is desired
• Graphics experience is desired
