Job Description

Role Summary

The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in developing PLC-design documents for system architecture Electrical/Control Schematics, Panel Layout Diagrams, and BOM.

Essential Responsibilities:

 

1. Perform design and develop documents like Power Schematics, Control
Schematics, Industrial control /power Panel Design, GA drawing, Panel Layout
and Loop Diagrams.
2. Develop control system architecture for PLC and HMI systems and select
appropriate hardware. Develop panel layouts GA and BOM as per standards.
3. Develop Bill of Material and process through SAP is advantage.
4. Candidate must be worked on Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC.

 

Key Deliverables :

1. On-time delivery on project deliverables at 95%: Candidate must
submit required documents to lead engineer for review before or on
time of set delivery date. On a scale of 0-100%, each missed day will
be a deduction of 1%.
2. First-pass submittal of 95% accuracy: The candidate must ensure that
the checking of his work has be done from lead peer or supervisor.
After Lead engineer checking is completed, each mistake found
counts as 1% deduction of 100%. Duplication mistakes count as 1%
3. Communication: Assumptions shall not be made. Candidate must
contact NAM E&I if task or work instructions are not clear.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
