A Typical Week

Monday mornings involve administrative tasks like email management and shipment tracking. Workdays are primarily spent travelling to customer sites performing maintenance and repairs. After completing on-site work, which can endure over multiple days, service protocols are promptly sent to customers. Throughout the week, phone support is provided for minor troubleshooting, whilst also planning future service visits and coordinating necessary parts shipments. Regular team meetings are scheduled between site visits to discuss ongoing projects and support needs. Fridays are often dedicated to home office work, completing administrative tasks, finishing training, or handling last-minute repair requests.
