Job Description
- Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant
- Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works
- Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works
- Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level
- Improve health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
Additional Information
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
- Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
