What You Will Do

• Write high-quality, maintainable Kotlin code to deliver incremental product features.
• Design and implement complex Android features with scalability and cross-module coordination in mind.
• Review code and mentor engineers through constructive feedback, setting a high technical bar across the team.
• Act as a technical sparring partner on architectural topics, discussing trade-offs and long-term implications.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to shape technical requirements and solutions.
• Participate in design-thinking workshops and translate product needs into scalable technical implementations.
• Build, test, and release new versions of the Android application.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and proactively address technical debt.
• Improve engineering practices by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and development workflows.

What You Could Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in Android development and deep knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android tooling.
• Solid understanding of reactive programming using Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience building modular, maintainable, and testable codebases.
• Strong understanding of server-side APIs and RESTful principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• A willingness to mentor other engineers and lead by example.
• High standards for code quality and architectural excellence.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for building great user experiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
