🎯 TASKS
- Technical Leadership:
- Development Standards: Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices.
- Code Quality: Ensure code quality through the implementation of code reviews.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Performance & Scalability: Ensure high performance and scalability of the developed solutions, keeping in mind user experience and business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (primarily CSM, designers, and insights, traders, product owners, etc.) to ensure that development efforts are aligned with product and business needs.
- Technical Guidelines: Maintain and develop technical guidelines for the team based on business needs, in close collaboration with the CSM, developers and designers.
- Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows guidelines and maintains high code quality, adhering to the processes.
- Team Lead
- Balancing workload and priorities across the team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Mentoring: Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills, promote best practices, and encourage professional growth.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, merge reviews, workshops) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Management Rituals: Participate in HR cycles (FIT, TR, skill matrix evaluation, …) and the definition & assessment of OKRs with the support and coaching of the Lead IT.
- Regular Meetings: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers to assess progress, address challenges, and align on individual goals (and Officevibe animation depending on the size of the team)
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- Proven experience as a lead developer or in a similar role with expanded managerial responsibilities.
- Strong technical expertise in software developmentDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring developers.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and allocating resources efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of architecture, development standards, and coding practices.
- Great knowledge of Vue (Option API)
- Git commands and GitLab Flow
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript
- State management with Pinia and tooling (Vite, VuePress)

- Proficiency with CLI and basic system configuration
- CI/CD Pipelines knowledge
