• Architectural Leadership & Strategic Planning - Design and drive strategic architecture roadmaps aligned with company goals. Define high-level designs for new product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Lead solutions across R&D teams to deliver quality product features and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Hands-On Technical Expertise & Problem Solving - Demonstrate hands-on skills by building POCs and boilerplate code, guiding teams with practical solutions. Address complex performance, scalability, and redundancy challenges. Assess and integrate third-party software to optimize the SaaS platform.
• Quality Standards & Continuous Improvement - Raise code quality through standards, best practices, and mentorship. Drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and technologies, enhancing team productivity and innovation. Document solutions comprehensively for knowledge sharing.
• Microservices Strategy & Platform Evolution - Develop plans to transition from monolithic to microservices architecture, boosting platform scalability and maintainability. Stay current with industry trends to evolve architecture and development practices.
• Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate with R&D leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align on goals. Exhibit strong communication skills to foster teamwork and guide the implementation of best practices.

Areas of your knowledge and expertise: 

• Senior Architect with over 5 years experience (preferably at a SaaS company)
• Deep understanding of APIs and application frameworks 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby/NodeJS Vue/Angular - Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science- Advantage
