Junior Platform Solutions Engineer

As vcita increases the investment in the open platform we are looking for a Junior Platform Solutions Engineer to allow our partners to capture the full benefit of the open-source.

We are looking for a Junior Platform Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services team and work directly with our partners to ensure they maximize the benefits of our open platform. Are you passionate and committed to helping our partners achieve their business goals?

In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored consultancy and development services to our strategic partners, bringing your expertise and knowledge to drive value and ensure project success.

• Engage with partners to understand the business needs and help them define and design the API requirements (build the SOW for the project)
• Design and provide technical solutions to the company’s strategic partners
• Provide implementation consulting services to assist partners with API deployment
• Plan and develop custom solutions when needed
• Building (internal & external) solutions to improve and automate workflows   
• Acquiring and sharing within vcita a working knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications to improve solutions.
• Create detailed documentation for implementation, guides, and training.
• Provides insights to partners/innovation teams regarding the revenue potential for customer requests including new functionality.
•  Work closely with R&D and Product team to manage 2e2 projects and deliver to strategic customers

• 1-3 years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in B2B SaaS (relevant positions include implementation engineer, pre-sales engineer, or professional services roles).
• Good business understanding, experience, and desire to work with customers/partners
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations across platforms
• MySql proficiency
• Full-stack development skills (Node.js and JS libraries/frameworks). Vue.js - big advantage!
• Excellent troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to own and manage projects end-to-end (planning, implementation, delivery)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
