Summary: VES is looking for an Engineer Production to join our team in Faridabad, India location. This person will be responsible for coordinating the activities in Press Shop & Weld Shop section along with his team including operators to achieve established targets of Safety, Quality, Production volume, Cost Delivery & Morale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Candidate would be responsible for creating and modifying computer-aided design (CAD) models and converting them into precise, efficient machine-readable code (G-code) using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. You will work closely with machinists and engineers to ensure high-quality production and accuracy in machining components.

• Develop and program CNC machine tools using CAD and CAM software.
• Design 2D/3D models and convert them into machine instructions (G-code).
• Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications, ensuring that parts are machined to precise tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Modify existing programs to optimize machine performance and reduce cycle time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine programming or operational issues.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine material, machine, tooling, and process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest CAD/CAM technologies and machining techniques.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist in machine repairs when necessary.
• Document and maintain records of program changes, production schedules, and work orders.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC VMC programming
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in tool selection, machining processes, and quality control.
