Product Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within Participant Financial Success.

2. Prioritize and deliver platform capabilities that support personalization, audience activation, and journey orchestration.

3. Partner across Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define product direction and investment priorities.

4. Lead platform governance and establish scalable operating models, standards, and best practices.

5. Define product success measures and monitor platform adoption, performance, and business outcomes.

6. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities.

7. Evaluate emerging customer engagement and AI-enabled capabilities to drive continuous innovation and client value.

8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, platform management, marketing technology, digital experience, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities for digital products or platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology organizations.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar customer engagement platforms.
