VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Senior Frontend Developer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
- Highly proficient with HTML5, CSS3 with a strong focus on Responsive Web Design
- Highly proficient with modular and maintainable CSS
- Experience working with relative and fixed units, grid systems, web typography and media queries
- Proficient in Javascript with experience using JS libraries (JQuery, Modernizr, etc)
- Understanding of major browsers and browser development tools
- Experience in Version control systems (Subversion, Git)
- Understanding of web accessibility issues and appropriate methods for testing these
- Experience of Agile development practices including TDD & BDD and their application.
- Working knowledge of major operating systems, including Windows, OSX and Linux.
Recommend Skills
- Experience in the design and execution effective functional tests (Cucumber, Selenium, PhantomJS)
- Experience developing with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)
- Technical leadership experience
- Experience of supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by 3rd parties.
- Experience using continuous integration as an integral part of a project.
- Using test automation framework, code quality tools and performance analysis tools
- Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery in a rapidly changing environment
Experience Required: 5 Years
