Technical Program Manager

Enterprise business teams are essential for managing systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Visual Lease, Concur, Workday Integrations, Adaptive,etc as they are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical business processes. These teams oversee the day-to-day functions of financial, procurement, HR, and operational systems, which directly impact the efficiency and success of the organization. Their expertise ensures these platforms are properly maintained, configured to meet evolving business needs, and integrated across departments. By owning these systems, business teams help drive informed decision-making, foster collaboration, and ensure the company remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing market.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Enterprise Business system team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading complex technical cross-functional programs across various teams (focusing on business applications/FinTech). You will play a pivotal role in driving our initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You are skilled at cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills, and are able to easily move between technical details and high level thinking. You’re a bar raiser not satisfied with just delivering programs on time— you look around corners and can represent multiple points of view. You hold a high bar for product/infrastructure architecture and can both lead technical discussions and represent the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines

• Develop/own/ and maintain the teams’ roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives

• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles

• Highly organized and detailed

• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Act as a go-getter, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while seizing opportunities for improvement

• Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems

• BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience

• 8+ years of experience in relevant roles in software developing industry , preferably experienced with Fintech

• Proven track record of providing exceptional program management preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems during all phases of project from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented

• Must be a team player and flexible

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
