Sr. Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive rapid prototyping and iterative development, translating creative ideas into tangible web solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining exceptional performance.
• Design and implement robust backend infrastructure, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
• Create functional specifications for internal resource providers, fostering efficient collaboration within the team.
• Plan and execute the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Map out human-computer interaction scenarios, crafting seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop intention classification and recognition mechanisms, enhancing the capabilities of our web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute new features and product enhancements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Maintain system reliability through attentive monitoring and scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate on other duties as assigned to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript frontend and backend technologies, showcasing a strong understanding of MVC design patterns, microservices, messaging queue/bus/broker systems, containerized applications, REST API, and Open API.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, JavaScript, React, SQL, NoSQL, HTML5, and CSS, with a deep understanding of best practices in web development.
• Solid expertise in the software development life cycle, utilizing versioning and CI/CD tools to streamline the development process.
• Experience working with cloud services in Azure, leveraging their capabilities to enhance our web applications.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a valuable plus, as it contributes to our goal of intelligent applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or related engineering disciplines. A master's degree or higher is preferred, reflecting your dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
