About the Role:
Vagaro is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our engineering development team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences through innovative and engaging web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-centric front-end applications using React, NodeJS, HTML5, and CSS.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
- Experience in SVG & D3 library and/or experience with ReactNative, NextJS & React Bootstrap frameworks would be a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development using React.
- Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with SQL programming and optimization.
- C# and .NET development experience.
